A multiple adapter Claisen, also known as a Claisen adapter or head, is used to create multiple inlets to a round-bottom flask, often during reflux or distillation setups.
It typically has two or three necks, allowing for connections to a condenser, addition funnel, or other glassware components simultaneously.
This allows for the addition of reactants, removal of vapors (through condensation), or other reactions to occur in a single setup.
